Kyle is a proud Indianapolis native with a deep love for his hometown and the people who make it special. His professional journey began in an unexpected place—teaching in Honduras—but eventually led him back home, where he served his community as an educator. Kyle has taught at Arsenal Tech and, more recently, at Lawrence North High School in his home district. Along the way, he's coached sports, built meaningful relationships, and even worked part-time as a barista—because connecting with others has always been at the heart of what he does.
Now, Kyle brings that same heart and hustle into real estate. Whether he's helping someone buy their first home or guiding them through a major move, he approaches real estate the same way he approached teaching: with patience, clear communication, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
Stepping away from education and into real estate felt like a natural extension of what he's always been passionate about—helping others and being a trusted guide. Kyle believes real estate should be rooted in service, education, and community-building. His primary focus is on supporting first-time buyers as they navigate what can often feel like an overwhelming process. He understands the common fears—budget concerns, commitment anxiety, and not knowing where to start—and he's ready to coach clients through every step.
Outside of real estate, you can usually find Kyle at the Irsay YMCA, playing soccer around the city, or exploring local shops in Fountain Square with his wife, Krystal. And if you're ever up for a coffee and a conversation about your real estate goals—or just life in Indy—Kyle’s always happy to connect.
